We allow customers to return or exchange products via a branded returns portal and all inquiries and anxiety as much as possible with timely return and refund status notifications via email.

How do I return?
1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click " Find Your Order ".
2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Are there any charges for return?
1. There are no charges for return if done for one time.
2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
1. They must be in original condition.
2. For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
3. In the original packaging.
How soon will I get my refund?
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 6- 10 working days.
