What's my credit limit and how much can I spend with Taly?
There is no set limit to how many purchases you can place using Taly. However, the approval decision when shopping with Taly can depend on the following:
- Your payment history with Taly.
- Your remaining balance and unpaid orders with Talyapprovals, which.
- The purchase amount of your shopping basket.
- Other factors determining approvals which we’re unable to reveal due to security reasons.
- Payments of 4 installments in Kuwait, : a minimum spend of KWD 10 and a maximum spend of KWD 250 to 500.
Accepted payment methods
Taly currently accepts all major of:
1- Debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) in Kuwait only.
2- K-Net, Mastercard, Visa Card and American Express) in Kuwait.
- Tamara accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay in Kuwait only.
- Prepaid cards are not accepted.
How do I make a payment?
The quickest and easiest way is to make payments and check the status of your payments online and in our app.
What is the process of the payment, and how it works?
When you use Visa and Mastercard cards or Apple Pay to shop with Taly, your payments are automatically charged based on a payment schedule shown at the time of purchase. Once you’ve successfully made a purchase with Taly, you will receive an email with your payment schedule for your reference. You can download the Taly app to receive payment reminders via push notifications and to keep track of your upcoming due payments and the dates by which you are scheduled to pay them. Taly will also send you payment reminders over SMS.
I received an error when making a payment; what should I do?
- Make sure that you have sufficient funds.
- Make sure that you entered all card information correctly.
- Try again with another card or Apple Pay or any other payment that accepted by Tamara.
My order is not delivered
You would need to contact the store where you purchased your items as Taly does not have any influence over the delivery.
If you could not get in touch with the retailer then please contact Taly and we will be happy to assist you.
Once you've informed us, we'll adjust your account to ensure that you won't need to make payment until the issue is resolved.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it; we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, you can cancel it before 12 hrs of the order by asking our customer service; after that, we cannot alter or revoke it. Because after that, the order has most likely been processed and prepared for shipment or shipped.
We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is not free of charge.

Why was my purchase not approved by Taly?
Taly to does not approve 100% of all orders as they are committed to supporting responsible shopping habits. Taly understands that it can be frustrating to be declined for purchase after being approved in the past.
Taly uses different factors to determine whether orders are approved, and your spending limit may vary based on the store where you are shopping. The Taly Customer Service team cannot change the automated outcome of the approval decision.

- 4 interest-free payments are available for orders between:
- Kuwait (from 10KWD to 250KWD).
What's the accepted payment methods?
Deema currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and KNET in Kuwait).
Prepaid cards are not accepted.
Deema accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay in Kuwait.
Payment steps
When you use Visa and Mastercard cards to shop with Deema, your payments are automatically charged based on a payment schedule shown at the time of purchase. Once you’ve successfully made a purchase with Deema, you will receive an email with your payment schedule for your reference.
We’ll also send you reminders of upcoming payments. When you use Knet cards to shop with Deema, payments are not automatically charged and you will be required to login to pay. You’ll receive emails and SMS reminders about upcoming due payments.
